When I founded Roger & Co, I wanted to create a brokerage built around the kind of service I believe clients genuinely value — experienced advice, honest guidance, and a far more personal approach than is typically provided elsewhere. Having spent more than 20 years in the mortgage industry — across lenders, boutique brokerages, and larger firms — I’ve seen firsthand how applications are assessed, where cases run into difficulty, and what lenders are really looking for.
Rather than being limited to a single bank’s products, we compare mortgages from over 90 lenders to find the most suitable solution for your circumstances. Many of our clients come to us after being declined elsewhere — in most cases, we’ve been able to secure approvals simply through understanding how to present the case correctly. We intentionally manage a smaller number of cases so we can provide the level of service, attention, and responsiveness our clients deserve.
